Yoga at Compass Art Center: In this class, we will approach the poses as a way to learn about our movement patterns and build on stability as well as greater mobility for on and off the mat. As well as the traditional yoga props, we will also use resistance bands and loops to access greater awareness and strength.
Props you will need:
❖ Yoga mat,
❖ Yoga blocks,
❖ Yoga belt or any strap,
❖ Yoga blanket or large towel
* Refunds are not available; you can make up a class the following week
