Yoga Lab : From the Inside Out

I love unpacking poses and learning about my body as well as where I am in life through yoga.  

For me the process of learning is far more enriching than the outcome of the pose. 

In the exploration of our anatomy and how our body uniquely functions we are able to take the practice further into how we move in life. 

Building strength where it benefits and easing other places that need it. 

We will look at the practice from the inside out reconnecting to the heart of the practice. 

The Yoga Lab is more than a class.
