Yoga Lab: Integrating yoga poses with isolated stretching and strengthening, we will learn how to better move on and off the mat from the inside out.
Yoga at Compass Art Center: In this class we will approach the poses as a way to learn about our movement patterns and build on stability as well as greater mobility for on and off the mat. As well as the traditional yoga props, we will also use resistance bands and loops to access greater awareness and strength.
Sunday Yoga at Dance Exchange: Inspired by the yoga tradition, yoga asana, and functional movement. This class is designed to foster community and spirit.
Props you will need:
❖ Yoga mat,
❖ Yoga blocks,
❖ Yoga belt or any strap,
❖ Yoga blanket or large towel
